Cover Letter Guidelines


All manuscript submissions must be accompanied by a formal cover letter addressed to the editor-in-chief. This letter should summarize the main contribution of the study and include ethical statements. Below are the steps and stylistic rules that authors should follow.

Writing Guidelines

1. Language: Cover letter should be written in English.

2. Font: Cambria, 12 point

3. Line Spacing: Single spacing

4. Format: Must be prepared as a Word file (.docx)

Key Elements of Content

- Date: It should be added in the upper right corner of the document.

- Address: It should start with the phrase “Dear Editor”.

- Article Title: The full title of the submitted manuscript should be indicated.

- Journal Name: It should be clearly written as PsyCraft Journal.

- Brief Description of the Study: The topic, methodology or contribution should be emphasized.

- Originality and Publication Status: It should be stated that the article has not been published before and has not been evaluated in another journal.

- Ethical Approval and Contributions: It should be stated that ethical rules have been followed and the approval of all authors has been obtained.

- Contact Information: Open e-mail address of the corresponding author should be written.

- Closing: There should be a thank you paragraph ending with “Sincerely” and a signature section.

How to Submit

Cover letter should be uploaded as a separate file to the system during manuscript submission.
